    Since an osteoporosis diagnosis 3 years ago (I'm 75) I have accumulated a collection of bone-strengthening dvd workouts: yoga, pilates, sit and be fit, some with weights or resistance bands and some not. I use parts of several, but this is the first dvd I've found that includes all my favourite exercises from the other workouts, performed at a pleasing pace. I also very much like having sections of varying lengths so I can do as little or as much as my energy and time allow. This makes it easy to do something every day. Mirabai's voice is calm and encouraging, another bonus.

    I am very pleased with this workout as I like the variety of exercises and that you can increase or decrease the resistance. I find it the right speed for me and decided to purchase it after first trying out a library copy. The only thing I don't like is the quality of the video picture.. it is a bit fuzzy and it would be nice if it was updated a bit. Overall very happy with this workout for my osteoporosis!

    Love Mirabai's Skeletal Fitness Exercise Program. My body is stronger particularily at the areas most at risk for Osteoporosis: the spine, hip and wrist.
    I particularily love her towel exercises.
    She is a wonderful teacher; engaging and effective.
