I have Mirabai's level 1 Fab Strength and love it.
I was looking for the next level up and this Fab Strength 2 really does it for me.

I do this video two-three times a week for the last couple of months.
It's challenging but still easy enough to follow.
I am more firm and my jeans are fitting much better.
