I am doing Mirabai's DVD 3x a week every other day.
Love it, never get bored. Have lost inches as well.

I never liked to exercise but knew I should. So I started with Mirabai's level 1 DVDs about a year ago and was able to stick with it so now after trying this level 2 I am so glad I did. Thanks for all your expertise and for making exercise so enjoyable.

I have Mirabai's Fabulous Forever Strength Level 1 DVD which I love and now I alternate with the Fab Strength Level 2 and its giving me just the right amount of challenge and variety that I need.

I do this video two-three times a week for the last couple of months.
It's challenging but still easy enough to follow.
I am more firm and my jeans are fitting much better.
